Is it possible to exchange a product?
For any exchange, you can return the product to us and reorder on our website or contact us by email. Exceptionally for any order placed between 11/24/23 and 12/15/23, the deadline for an exchange will be extended to 30 days.
What is the return procedure?
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to send your return.
You can send an email to contact@studiocashmere8.com with your order number, the reference of the product(s) you wish to return, as well as the reason for return.
We will respond to you with the return procedure.
To be accepted, returned products must:
Never been worn outdoors.
Correspond to the products delivered.
Returned in its original packaging in good condition (one plastic packaging per product) and packaged in a properly closed package.
If the products do not meet our return conditions, we will not be able to accept them. Therefore, if the customer wishes to recover their item, the return costs will be their responsibility.
What are the repayment deadlines?
Reimbursement times are a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of your product(s).
